About Tim Murphy

Tim Has lived in Blackfoot since 2000. He lives there with his beautiful wife Collette, a French Bulldog Boo, 2 cats, Kitty and Nebraska, and 11 chickens. Tim is an avid outdoorsman, an Eagle Scout, an active member of Bannock Civitan in Pocatello, and a passionate blood doner having donated over 5 gallons of Blood to the American Red Cross.


Tim is an Independent Insurance agent, specializing in Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage plans, Prescription Drug plans, Individual Health plans, Life Insurance and Retirement plans.

Since Tim is an independent agent, he carries almost all available plans in SE Idaho, so he is able to compare and contrast a variety of options, plans styles and then the plans themselves.


Tim is also dedicated to making sure you understand all features and benefits available. Usually starting with a “Medicare 101” explanation, Tim will then go through explanations on Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drugs, the benefits and the cons of each plan.


Tim also believes in Service after the Sale, helping clients understand and utilize benefits, go over medical bills, looking up and for medical professionals and helping with claims.
